For Khloe Kardashian and family, 2016 was a hectic year full of eye-catching headlines and harrowing moments. Let’s take a look back at some of the most newsworthy moments from the controversially dubbed “America’s First Family.”

Khloe Kardashian kicked off the new year with her brand new variety talk show “Kocktails with Khloe.” The program was canceled after only one season, leaving Khloe with plenty of time to dedicate to her new line of jeans, Good American. Meanwhile, Kylie Jenner endured a rough patch in her romantic relationship with rapper Tyga, splitting up with the musician after a brief cheating scandal before reconciling in mid-summer. Khloe dealt with a breakthrough in her love life, finalizing her divorce from former NBA star and recovering addict Lamar Odom.

In 2016, Kendall Jenner was named a Victoria’s Secret angel, further cementing her mark on the model industry. However, this wasn’t the only important announcement for the Kardashian-Jenner clan. Older brother Rob Kardashian and his girlfriend Blac Chyna announced they were pregnant early in the year. The relationship caused quite a stir within the family that was the subject of many conversations on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. The headlines continued when Blac Chyna left Rob during the holidays, shortly after giving birth to their daughter, Dream Kardashian.

Oldest sister Kourtney Kardashian stayed out of the headlines for most of the year, focusing on her app, family and the show, but in typical family tradition managed to stay in the news when it was revealed that she had reconciled with her on-again-off-again boyfriend and father of the children, Scott Disick. Sources confirmed the two’s relationship after telling photos were posted on social media.

And of course, there wouldn’t be a Kardashian year in review without Kim Kardashian, arguably the most notable of the bunch. After husband Kanye West released his eighth album, Kim joined a social media beef between the Grammy-winning rapper and popstar Taylor Swift, over whether or not Taylor was privy to a controversial lyric about the singer. Kim “broke the Internet” again after posting a fully nude selfie during the summer to celebrate getting her figure back after the late 2015 birth of her son, Saint West.

Things looked like a typical year for the media darling until an armed robbery during Paris Fashion Week, where several gunmen stole jewels from her hotel room. Kim Kardashian subsequently left all forms of social media to regroup after the traumatic incident, which was compounded by her husband’s hospitalization in November for exhaustion following a series of erratic behavior during his Life of Pablo tour.
